Process/Repair Equipment

Our range of processing equipment complements our extensive range of advanced composite materials. Lavender is the Australian and New Zealand distributor for Heatcon Composite Systems, the world-leading supplier of high-quality equipment for the advanced composites industry.

The equipment we supply includes:

Vacuum Pumps	Rotary vane oil lubricated pumps. Suction capacities ranging from 3 to 1535 m³/hr.
Ovens	Precision temperature controlled gas and electric ovens. Virtually no limit to size. Temperature ranges up to 600°C.
Autoclaves	Operational temperatures in excess of 600°C and pressures of 68 Bar are available should they be required. Patented heating technology offers heat energy cost savings of up to 70% over other forms of heating. Electric, oil, or steam heating options are also available.
Hot Bonders	Dual and single zone hot bond controllers for advanced composite and metal bonding, manufacturing and repairs.
Repair Claves	A portable pressure vessel able to utilise shop air and heat blankets for the repair of components.
Heated Presses	Available with a choice of heating platens, typically electric, oil, or steam. Working areas to suit customer requirements. Temperatures up to 600°C and lock pressures of 2500 tonnes depending on press area.
Heat Lamps	High performance programmable infrared heat lamps with thermocouple control. Fully adjustable.
